Housing Program Additional Costs (HSA Funds will cover)

Starting September 2023:

18–24 Month Treatment-Based Housing
For individuals in need of sober living or transitional housing (Veterans & Non-Veterans welcome)

Housing Options & Pricing:

Private Room: $975/month + utilities
Shared Room: $750/month + utilities
Includes:
- Shared bathroom
- Wi-Fi, TV, Cable, Lights, Water, Gas, Washer, & Dryer
- Bedroom furniture
- Groceries included
- Group and Individual Counseling

Insurances Accepted:
Caresource, Aetna, United Healthcare, Optimum, Oscar, Anthem,BCBS, TriCare, Medicare, Amerigroup, PeachState, Ambetter, UMR, Cigna

Treatment Includes:

Weekly Individual Therapy
Weekly Group Therapy
Monthly Family Therapy

Meal Plan & Supplies:

$125/month (includes food & general supplies)
Breakfast, Lunch Snack, and Dinner prepared 5 days a week
Weekend meals are prepared by resident rotation
EBT accepted

Transportation:

$95/week
7 days a week (for work, recreational activities, family visits, etc., at therapist's discretion)

Group Fitness with Personal Trainer:

$75/week
3 sessions per week
EAP benefits accepted

Online Courses Access:

$75/month
Unlimited access to 30+ professional & personal development course

Additional Resources:

Therapy Journal: $40
Therapy Books: $20 per book
Cognitive Behavioral Planner: $40
